These are the days of Armageddon – the final battle between good and evil

April 29, 2009

Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, the Second Coming 1835-1908 says:

Another testimony which shows that these are the days [of
the final battle], is that the sixth millennium since the
birth of Adam, in which the second Adam was supposed
to appear, has also passed. Since the sixth day is the day
of the birth of Adam and, according to the scriptures, a
day symbolizes a thousand years, we have to accept that
the second Adam has already appeared in keeping with
God’s promises, even though he has not yet been fully
recognized.

We also have to believe that the place God
has appointed for his advent is in the East and not in the
West. Since Adam was given an abode in a garden towards
the East (Genesis 2:8), the second Adam must also
appear in an Eastern country in order to maintain his similarity
to the first. Muslims and Christians are both equally
obligated to accept this, unless of course they are inclined
towards disbelief.

Thus, there should be no difficulty in understanding the
truth, for it is quite apparent that this is the time for the final
battle between light and darkness. The forces of darkness
are exerting their utmost power, and it is futile to think that
they can now be subjugated by any other means except
through the light that descends directly from heaven.

Darkness has completely pervaded the world and the
flickering lamp of righteousness is about to die out. Customary
belief, traditional knowledge and superficial
prayers can no longer bring back its faded light.

Can the blind lead the blind? Can darkness dispel darkness?
No! A new minaret has to be built on the earth which rises above
the lowly dwellings, so that the heavenly lamp may be
placed on it, and the whole world may be illuminated by
its light. How can light reach distant places unless it is
placed somewhere high?

Who rules on the Day of Judgment? Allah rules, not Jesus

March 1, 2009

Quotation from Quran:

[43:58] And when the son of Mary is mentioned as an instance, lo! thy people raise a clamour thereat;
[43:59] And they say, ‘Are our gods better, or he?’ They mention not this to thee but for the sake of disputation. Nay, but they are a contentious people.
[43:60] He was only Our servant on whom We bestowed Our favour, and We made him an example for the children of Israel.
[43:61] And if We so willed, We could make from among you angels in the earth to be successors therein.
[43:62] But verily, he was a sign of the Hour. So have no doubt about it, but follow me. This is the right path.
[43:63] And let not Satan hinder you. Surely, he is to you an open enemy.
[43:64] And when Jesus came with clear proofs, he said, ‘Truly I am come to you with wisdom, and to make clear to you some of that about which you differ. So fear Allah and obey me.
[43:65] ‘Verily Allah — He is my Lord and your Lord. So worship Him. This is the right path.’

So on Judgment Day who does a Muslim follow? Muhammad? He’s dead and buried in Medina. So who will appear to Muslims in Judgment Day to follow? Is it not Jesus?

Hi

Our Protestant friends think that in verse 43:62, given above, Day of Judgment has been discussed only. I don’t agree with them. Quran mentions “the Hour”, an important time or a turning hour, in the history of man, which could be many after when Jesus passed away. For instance advent of Muhammad and or still later advent of Second Coming 1835-1908, in the present times, may also have been referred, I don’t deny that.

I respect my friends here, so, in supposition we take it to be the Day of Judgment, and we would see it in the light of Quran only, as our friends want it this way.

Fortunately both the straight path or the straight way and the Day of Judgment have been mentioned, though briefly in the first or the introductory Chapter of Quran Al-Fatihah or The Opener; and in detail in the later chapters/verses spread over whole of the Quran:

[1:1] In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful.
[1:2] All praise belongs to Allah, Lord of all the worlds,
[1:3] The Gracious, the Merciful,
[1:4] Master of the Day of Judgment.
[1:5] Thee alone do we worship and Thee alone do we implore for help.
[1:6] Guide us in the right path —
[1:7] The path of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy blessings, those who have not incurred Thy displeasure, and those who have not gone astray.

http://www.alislam.org/quran/search2/showChapter.php?submitCh=Or+Go+to+Chapter%3A&ch=1

I think every body would agree with me on this that it has been very clearly and in a very straightforward manner mentioned in the above verses that Allah is the Master of the Day of Judgment, none else.

Jesus is not even mentioned there, and very truly, as no name of any other Messenger has been mentioned therein. Only Allah, the Master would judge everybody including Jesus there as per Quran, in my opinion.

I remember one such place where Jesus’ name has been mentioned. Jesus would be judged by Allah at that hour:

[5:117] And when Allah will say, “O Jesus, son of Mary, didst thou say to men, ‘Take me and my mother for two gods beside Allah?’”, he will answer, “Holy art Thou. I could never say that to which I had no right. If I had said it, Thou wouldst have surely known it. Thou knowest what is in my mind, and I know not what is in Thy mind. It is only Thou Who art the Knower of hidden things.
[5:118] “I said nothing to them except that which Thou didst command
me — ‘Worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord.’ And I was a witness over them as long as I remained among them, but since Thou didst cause me to die, Thou hast been the Watcher over them; and Thou art Witness over all things.
[5:119] “If Thou punish them, they are Thy servants; and if Thou forgive them, Thou surely art the Mighty, the Wise.”

http://www.alislam.org/quran/search2/showChapter.php?submitCh=Read+from+verse%3A&ch=5&verse=116

So, as per Quran, it is very clear that not only Allah would be the Master of the Day of Judgment but on that day Jesus would be admonished and accounted for the wrong beliefs of the Protestants and other Christians. Naturally Jesus would clarify his position only in the matter, in my opinion.

I love Jesus and Mary as mentioned in Quran

Thanks

Armageddon has already been started with the advent of Second Coming 1835-1908

February 12, 2009

Hi

I think with the advent of Second Coming 1835-1908, the Armageddon has already started; not in the shape of any physical war between different religions, but in the shape of Jihad with pen.

Jihad with pen means; to prove with rational reasons and logical arguments the truthfulness and supremacy of one’s own religions over other faiths/religions or non-religions; which could mean providing claims/straightforward text and reasons from one’s own revealed religious book and not from outside.

Second Coming 1835-1908 proved this in an inter-religious conference held in the year 1896 in Lahore, then in British India. One may like to read this intellectual discourse by accessing:

Second Coming – a Christian Claimant

Subject: Jesus’ Return

Hi! Dore

You are a claimant of being Jesus or Christ and I respect you and all such claimants.

There are many claimant of this office. The Jews are waiting for the Christ/Moshiach for the last three thousand years or so and they say he is yet to come, a long wait indeed!

They have a long list of about twenty such claimants but they believe they were all untrue claimants as they could not fullfil their aspirations so they have declared them untrue in retrospect.

The Christians are also waiting for the Second Advent or return of Jesus (whom they consider as God)

The Muslims believe that Jesus was only a true prophet of God who will descend from the sky a second time as a Muslim and he will destroy and kill all non-believers of the world, an extremist view.

So, simply by your saying that you are true Jesus and others are false will not solve the problem for the peoples.

Then there are other nations waiting of the return of heir religious leaders i.e. Hindus, Buddhists, Sikhs, Zoroastrians etc; waiting for their religious leaders to return and reform the world which is in a dilemma and seeking the right path.

The question is so important for the world.

If you are a busy person, kindly send me, if possible, e-mail addresses of ten such persons of a firm faith who believe that you are Jesus so that I can discuss this issue with them and arrive at an impartial criteria from the scriptures of all these nations so that we believe the true Jesus/Christ or reformer of the world religions.

you wrote,

Well, if that is true, then you don’t know God, nor does idolatry or blasphemy against me bother you in the least, for there is only ONE true Son of the Father.

The Jews have a long history of rebelling and sinning against God, and because of their disobedience and disrespect, selfish desires for deliverance from Roman oppression, instead of deliverance from sins, they denied my advent the first time I came to the earth. That being said, they are still awaiting their own concept of Messiah, instead of seeking and pleasing God to have the truth revealed to them. Those who have denied me, the first time I came to the earth, are condemned already and thus, their expectations will remain unfulfilled. God doesn’t bow to the will and desires of men, but has created a plan to redeem mankind from their sins, and the Jews have denied this plan of salvation.

No, the Muslims believe that Mohammed was the only true prophet of God and that I was merely a holy man sent from God. They do not recognize my purpose or plan. They have no aspirations of my return, but believe that all should follow the words of Mohammed and all who refuse are unbelievers and should be destroyed.

So, simply by your saying that you are true Jesus and others are false will not solve the problem for the peoples.

Of course, just “saying” that I am the only begotten Son of the Father would not “solve” the problems for all peoples, but then again, I never said I would. But as I stated before, evidence for who I am is found in obedience to every word that I spoke in the gospels, as well as fulfilling the prophecies of my second advent, which I have completely fulfilled the first and have fulfilled numerous prophecies of the second advent, with the rest to be fulfilled shortly. I prophesied in my first coming that only a few would be saved and most would reject and deny me and be condemned, so all of those who do not believe in me, will continue to have problems until they are destroyed, because they are condemned, as stated in the prophecies for these end times.

Then there are other nations waiting of the return of heir religious leaders i.e. Hindus, Buddhists, Sikhs, Zoroastrians etc; waiting for their religious leaders to return and reform the world which is in a dilemma and seeking the right path.

Actually, the concept of a return of a “Messiah” for these other false religions is a modern concept, just recently added to their theologies, attempting to be a part of this great event. Buddhists don’t even believe in God, and Hindus believe in numerous gods, so which one would they expect to return?

If you are a busy person, kindly send me, if possible, e-mail addresses of ten such persons of a firm faith who believe that you are Jesus so that I can discuss this issue with them and arrive at an impartial criteria from the scriptures of all these nations so that we believe the true Jesus/Christ or reformer of the world religions.

Well, clearly you are under some misconception that I must prove myself to you and the world. You also are under some false impression that I have returned for ALL peoples in all religions, for which the scriptures clearly state that I am not. If you knew the second coming prophecies, you would know that I am not here to prove myself to mankind, nor here to reform any other religion,  but here to JUDGE all mankind according to their faith in me and their obedience to my words from the first advent,  thus they must prove themselves to me, if they want redemption and salvation.  So, you like the rest, who do not yet believe in me, will then have to wait until I rise to be revealed to the world. Besides, there is NO impartial criteria to come to faith in me, there is the truth, righteousness, wisdom, prophecies, knowledge and scriptures that state clearly of my objective, purpose and events as planned from the beginning.  I am NOT here to satisfy mankind and their desires, but gather together those who have prepared for my return and whom truly serve God.

The Grand Prophecy of the Eclipses

June 3, 2008

Hazrat Imam Baqar Muhammad bin Ali (ra) has narrated the following Hadith (saying of the Holy Prophet Muhammad saw):

“For our Mahdi (Divine Reformer) there are two signs which have never appeared before since the creation of the heavens and the earth, namely the moon will be eclipsed on the first night in Ramadan (i.e. on the first of the nights on which a lunar eclipse can occur) and the sun will be eclipsed in its middle (i.e. on the middle day of the days on which a solar eclipse can occur), and these signs have not appeared since God created the heavens and the earth.”

(Dare Qutani Vol 1, page 188) or (Sunan Darqutni, kitabul eidain, chapter: salat-ul-kasoof-ul khasoof wa haitahuma)

In the literature of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, the dates of the lunar and solar eclipses have been taken as 13, 14, 15 and 27, 28, 29 respectively of the Islamic calendar.

Hence considering the dates as 13, 14 and 15 for the lunar eclipse and 27, 28 and 29 the prophecy was fulfilled in 1894, during the life of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad 1835-1908, the truthful claimant of the office of ImamMahdi. The purpose of the prophecy is to help people to recognize the PromisedDivineReformer and the prophecy has served the purpose very well.

Then Almighty God manifested this heavenly Sign in the year 1311 Hijra (1894 C.E) when the lunar and solar eclipses occurred over Qadian (The native place where Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, the PromisedMessiah 1835-1908 and ImamMahdi, was born, and hence he was called Qadiani) on the specified dates of Ramadan in fulfillment of the grand prophecy of the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him.

The lunar eclipse occurred after sunset on the 13th of Ramadan (March 21, 1894) and the solar eclipse occurred on Friday, the 28th of Ramadan (April 6, 1894). Apart from the almanacs, there was mention of the eclipses in the Indian newspapers of the time Azad and Civil and Military Gazette.

Would you believe this sign, please?

 Thanks
