One Response to “Blood of Christ failed to cleanse man of his sins”

  1. Hank Kimball Says:

Blood means soul or life. Jesus died so that it would become possible for us to become without sin.

Genesis 9:4; “Only flesh with its soul—its blood—YOU must not eat. ”
Genesis 2:7; ” …………. blow into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man came to be a living soul.”
Leviticus 17:14; ” For the soul of every sort of flesh is its blood by the soul in it. ”

God constantly forgave the Jews for all kinds of sins. But without Jesus dieing none could be raised up in the resurrection, to a judgement of life. It is because they inherited the sin of Adam, being his off spring, that ” The wages sin pays is death.” Jesus was a replacement for Adam. Instead of relying on our birth fathers for guidance, we now rely on the words spoken of by Jesus. Jesus is to be the King of the world. “Our Father, who art in Heaven……
It’s spiritual. The material world is but a fun house style mirror image of the spiritual world. One must have God within their hearts to be pleased with the speaking of truth. If God is not in them, than they will ceaselessly argue about all truth pertaining to God. Maybe it is the respect and admiration of man that they seek. Maybe none of their seeking God comes from the heart. Maybe it is all just an intellectual curiosity to them. If their is a God, they think, surely “I” have done too much wrong for God to want much to do with me. Again pride and prejudice.
