The myth; no one came down from the Cross alive

A Christian says:

This is FACT no one came down from the cross alive, it just never happened.

Paarsurrey says:

There were two thieves who were put on the Cross the same time Jesus was put on the Cross; they were also not dead when they were delivered from the Cross; to make them die their bones were broken.

I think Pilate had a soft corner for Jesus, as his wife saw a dream that Jesus was innocent and she prevailed upon Pilate to do something in the matter. So, I think an under hand dealing was made in the matter and Jesus’ bones were not broken so that he does not die.

So the point that nobody came down from cross alive is repudiated, sorry.

One must note here that when the constable spoke that Jesus was dead Pilate exclaimed his surprise.

Mark 15:43-44

[43] Joseph of Arimathea, a noble counsellor, who was also himself looking for the kingdom of God, came and went in boldly to Pilate, and begged the body of Jesus. [44] But Pilate wondered that he should be already dead. And sending for the centurion, he asked him if he were already dead.

There is also a much longer version of this scene found in the non-canonical Gospel of Peter that explains the special access by claiming that Joseph was a friend of Pilate. The Gospel of Peter version also puts the blame for Jesus’ death more clearly on the Jewish leaders than on Pilate.[2]

I love Jesus and Mary as mentioned in Quran.
