Hi friend Stuart Laidlaw

‎”When it comes to motherhood, how old is too old?”‎

It is a good question. I recall here of Zechariah and his wife; who had a child at a very old ‎age. Maybe it also shed a light on the issue on moral and ethical grounds; though I am not ‎sure of their age.‎

I quote from Quran here for a quick reference:

‎[19:1] In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful.‎
‎[19:2] Kaf Ha Ya ‘Ain Sad.‎
‎[19:3] This is an account of the mercy of thy Lord shown to His servant, Zachariah.‎
‎[19:4] When he called upon his Lord, a secret calling,‎
‎[19:5] He said, ‘My Lord, the bones have indeed waxed feeble in me, and the head ‎glistens with hoariness, but never, my Lord, have I been unblessed in my prayer to ‎Thee.‎
‎[19:6] ‘And I fear my relations after me, and my wife is barren. Grant me, therefore, ‎a successor from Thyself,

This way Yahya or John the Baptist a Messenger Prophet of God Allah YHWH was born ‎from his parents at a very advanced age in the Jews; respected in three revealed religions; ‎Judaism, Christianity and Islam.‎

Does anybody here from the viewers of this article get any idea of their age?‎

Thanks

I am an Ahmadi peaceful Muslim
